I've been trying for 6 months to cancel this stupid auto draft from my account I've tried contacting support several times over and over again with endless redirects and no answers. I was lied to from the begining with my issue and was lied to about to price i have the entire phone call recorded and if I do not get this shot canceled immediately I'm going to block the auto drafts from my account and file a lawsuit against HP. Im not asking for my money back nor will I pay a single dollar more for this service this needs to end today.
