I've just performed a clean install on my HP spectre x360 2in1 laptop using Windows Media creation Tools. and I tried to install HP Command Centre from Microsoft Store from this link HP Command Center - Free download and install on Windows | Microsoft Store.
But every time I start it, it said need to download HP Services to able to work. Can anyone advise what I need to download to make it work? I have installed MyHP, Hp Support Assistant, Hp System Event Utility.

Get Latest Version of HP Command Center:

Thank you so much for the help. It works now.
But in the HP Command Centre, I cannot found menu to control thermal like the screenshot in the microsoft store apps. Is there a newer version?

Regarding the HP Command Center — there is no newer version available beyond what's already listed in the Microsoft Store. The version you see there should be the latest official release.
If you're not seeing the thermal settings or other expected features, it could be because:
Your HP device model doesn't support that feature.
The app dynamically shows options based on your hardware and firmware.
You can try:
Updating your BIOS and drivers via HP Support Assistant.
