Hello,
In order to resolve this issue, please download then install the latest version of HP Support Assistant from the HP link below.
http://www.hp.com/go/hpsupportassistant
If the issue persists, please uninstall HP Support Assistant as follows:
- On the keyboard, tap the Windows logo and X key at the same time.
- Click Applications and features.
- Click HP Support Assistant, and then click Uninstall and Uninstall.
Once this is done, restart the computer.
While on the Windows desktop, install the previously downloaded HP Support Assistant and restart the computer.
In case of need, please do not hesitate to contact us.
