I'm currently a student and is using this laptop along with a Wacom tablet for notetaking during class. However, I'm experiencing a problem where the screen turns black whenever I use the tablet.

After some googling, I found out that this is an old intel graphics driver issue that is already solved in newer drivers. However, after checking HP support driver, it turns out that the most updated driver for my laptop is a driver from 2018. The current "most up-to-date" driver is probably the outdated driver where the bug still appears.

I'm unable to update my intel graphics driver to a newer, more recent version from HP. And if I try to download the most recent driver from intel's side, it says it cannot download and I must contact my manufacturer.

Is there any way I can get a newer intel graphics driver?
