Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

What is happening with the HP website. Form about a week I cannot access the data for

HP Pavilion dm4-3011tx Beats Edition Entertainment Notebook PC

Can anyone tell when the access to the HP website will be avaiable

Strange, I am able to choose the version (windows on left and 7 (64-bit) on right. Maybe try to use a different Browser. I used Chrome.

Hi,

I have seen messages on the site that they were updating the site.

 

However I just tried to acess the support page for drivers for your notebook and was able to do so. Try this link directly to the correct page:

Either did not work. Stamble on

Doesn't allowed me to choose the Windows version nd there is no UPDATE option at all.

 Chrome doesn't work for me. Strange.... Only Opera does. I'd always used Chrome, well not now. Thanks David somuch...

Maybe try resetting Chrome or seeing if there is update available.

I've been trying for days on Chrome, reseting even reinstalling it, nothing helps. I thought I've got problems due to HP webugle on maintenance. Australian and US both sites strugle (on windows versions). I do not thinks this is just the Chrome isue, however I may be wrong. This trouble started about 4 days ago. And as I said previously, Opera works just fine.
