HP EliteBook 865 16 inch G9 Notebook PC (473R9AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I'm trying to factory reset my HP Elitebook 865 G9 notebook (Wolf Pro Security edition) using the HP Cloud Recovery app. It can detect the exact model of the notebook, and everything seems fine until it gets to the "Extracting image" stage, where it goes into a loop. Extremely slowly it goes up to 100%, then starts over. I gave up when it started extracting the image the 3rd time. How do I resolve this? I've tried other options for resetting the notebook (Sure Recovery from BIOS, plain old Windows Reset), but none of those solutions installed the factory-installed HP software like HP Wolf Pro Security. I'm returning the notebook, so it's important that I can reset it to factory settings and state.

Update: I left the tool running a whole night, and it eventually finished creating the bootable USB drive.

Unfortunately, the created installation media lacks the Wifi drivers for this particular model. HP software included in the original setup are also missing.
