Hi guys.
For my training I needed to download Microsoft server. So I did and it installed over my windows 11 download and is the only option to boot to. I then created a windows 10 installer on a USB and booted from that. I got to the stage of installing windows but when it asks me to select somewhere to download windows to there is no option / cannot find any drivers.

Since your notebook comes with an Intel i5 11th gen processor, you need to supply Intel RST storage controller driver to the Windows installer so that it can detect the storage drive to install Windows on.
You can follow the steps below to complete the Windows installation.
1. Use a Windows installation usb drive created with Microsoft Media Creation Tool (an ISO file-based installation usb drive tends to cause errors during the IRST driver installation).
2. Download Intel RST driver from the link below. Run it as administrator and follow on screen instructions to perform the driver extraction process.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp146501-147000/sp146929.exe
3. Go to C:\SWSetup\sp146929. Double click the folder and copy the F6 folder to the root directory of a Windows installation usb drive. The F6 folder contains IRST drivers which the installation setup needs to detect the storage drive.
4. Connect the usb drive to the notebook and boot the system from the usb drive. When you are asked where to install Windows, click on Load Driver. Click on Browse and click the usb drive in the window that opens. Click the F6 folder then OK.
5. Multiple drivers will be displayed. Select one of them then click Ok.
6. The storage drive will be displayed with partitions if the drive has Windows installed previously. Delete all of the partitions to see "unallocated space" and click Next to proceed the installation.
