Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I posted a question about how to stop constant HP popups re Updates (3 hrs ago).   I have not received any reply, and cannot find my original post.   Please advise...I'm very familiar with Microsoft Community participation, but no clear on how HP Community works (I'm using my first HP laptop).
