Hi,

 

I am currently using HP PC Diagnostics for Windows version 1.6.8.0. I downloaded version 2.1 from here:

 

https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/hp-pc-hardware-diagnostics

 

The install starts off, but never completes. Any advice?
