I was recently told I should update HP Support Assistant, but since doing so have been unable to log on to the updated version. I have never changed email address or password (the same credentials are used for all of the HP sites I visit), so I cannot understand where the problem lies. I've tried resetting the password, but this still doesn't allow me to gain access to the Support Assistant. I'm going around in circles.

Has anyone else encountered anything similar? Just so you know, I've already tried updating to the latest version several times, rebooting the laptop, etc. Nothing seems to work. My warranty expired about a week ago, but I don't think this should result in my not being able to log onto HP Support Assistant!! 😠
