My old ProBook, after years of work, few time ago died and there was no way to turn it on again. RIP.
Luckily the hard disk was not damaged and I could recover all data.
Since I have some old software on it, I would like to convert old HD into a virtual machine.
I did this with Disk2VHD and it works... I could boot my old windows in a virtual machine. Great!
The problem now is the removal of the HP preinstalled tools... there is no way to uninstall none of them. If, for instance, I try to remove "HP Client Security Manager" I have the message "_ERR_SYSTEM_NOT_SUPPORTED" and uninstall aborts.
For the moment I just stopped the running services but I would like to remove all that because I have issues on logon.
Is there any way to remove all that?
