Hi,
I have a G8 Notebook which will not allow me to use the F3 and F4 function keys to adjust my brightness. I have done the following in an attempt to resolve the issue:
- Carried out a BIOS update
- Gpupdate
- Ensured that the keyboard drivers were up to date.
- Ensured that the keyboard drivers were up to date.
- Checked to see if the function lock key was on.
- Have ensured that action keys are enabled in the BIOS as well.
This is the error message that continues to pop up every time i press either F3 or F4:

I have three other computer that are the exact same model and exhibit the same issue. Is there a solution to this issue?
