Thanks for reaching out!

 

Please refer to one of our previous posts thatIf the Microsoft Store fails to download the HP Cloud Recovery Tool, bypass it by directly downloading the tool from the HP Support websitehas assisted other customers with the same issue.

 

Go to the official HP support page, enter your product model/serial number, and look for the cloud recovery software under "Software-Security."
