If your model laptop, which came with Windows 10 preloaded, also had Citrix preloaded, then the reason for it not working anymore is likely due to the Citrix version being ONLY for Windows 10.  Forcing the upgrade basically broke the app.

 

We do not provide updated third-party app versions for Windows 11.  So, you will have to contract Citrix on your own to obtain any updates needed.
