I got today my new HP Victus Serial NR.: 75W28EA#ABD 

and installed win10. Now i wanted to install all nessecarry driver but it doenst download it. It just show me loading symbol for like 30min and nothing happens

Hi:

 

HP only supports the HP Victus 16-d1xxx model series for W11.

There are no W10 drivers for your notebook.

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the W10 drivers from the older Victus 16-d0xxx model series and hope that they work on your model too.

 

Do not use any of the BIOS or firmware files.

Otherwise, you can take the free upgrade to W11 by clicking on the blue Windows 11 Installation Assistant Button at the link below (1st option) to upgrade to W11.
