Cant install the Hp Pen Control App

In the Microsoft Store when i click on the Pen Control App there is no "Install" button at all and when i downloaded the file from the Internet like the datasheet of my pen told me there is actually no app installed after...

Please help me i dont have another clue to do.

Welcome to the HP Community Forum.

Series released between 2015 and 2017.

I cannot find confirmation that verifies that this series supports a stylus / active pen.

That said, if you do have a pen that works at all, the HP Pen Control is not related to the type of pen supported in an Elitebook (on those versions of the Elitebook hardware that support a pen).

HP Pen Control is simply an application that adds button control features to a working pen on a supported platform (machine).

The app is not intended to make a non-working pen work.
