Product: HP Spectre x360 - 13-aw0116na

Please help - since having a new HP Spectre - I cant see any of my images when in folder view. They all appear as Blue Mountain icons. Ive spent days trying to fix this.... and yes of done the "untick always show icons, never thumbnails". It's the only suggestion I can find and it doesnt work!

I cant believe I'm having these issues on a new computer!

 

Please Help

Hi Brother, Try this option.

 

Go to Windows settings and then select apps then select the apps and features and then select the Microsoft photos app and click on advanced options and scroll down the screen and click on reset button. that's it.
