Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi , i have Victus Hp i didn’t do anything to it i just put it in sleep mode sometimes , one day i turn it off by shut down and now the screen is black and the caps lock blink 3 slow 2 fast and the fan is working , please reply 🤍

Please try a hard reset and see if it works.

  • Power off your notebook
  • Remove the a/c adapter, battery and everything that is attached to your notebook.
  • Hold the 'POWER' button down on your notebook for about 10 seconds.
  • Plug in the a/c power supply (without battery) and power on.
