Hello,
(I've got an AZERTY - keyboard)
I discovered that
... when I press ("FIRST") right shift + fn + (hold for 0,5 sec)
... or... when I press ("FIRST") right shift + fn + L-key (to get the ">" sign) (instantly)
The keyboard turns on caps-lock ... without any signal it is (no light on the shift-lock key)
To turn it of... I must tap 2x the right shift key
Is this normal behavior?
I discovered this in "my quest" to find consistent behaivior to type a ">" sign
... which is located on the L-key
... the L-key contains 5 symbols... "l" - "L" - "<" - ">" - "\"
... 3 of them require the shift-key + possibly some other key
... the L-key is almost immediatly besides the right-shift-key... but you better not use the right shift key... because it apparently contains some secret activation of caps (thats at least my question anyway...)
... and... the right-shift-key + fn-key is also used to take a print-screen
... I mean... com on guys... what kind of design is this... if you know there is some developper secret combo to activate an unnoticeable caps-lock involved with the fn + right-shift combo (thats the question at least...)
So... for simplicity... my question again is...
Is it normal behaivior activating caps-lock... executing the combo which I described above...?
... If it is... I would seriously adjust this design... because it has given me some real frustration and productivity-loss in the past.
This is a very "un"-userfriendly design if you ask me.
... you should at least indicate this secret behaivior in my opinion.
(if it is intended at least)
I'm very curious about this... thanks in advance.
B
