Product: Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fa1000 (771S7AV)

The SD card reader is currently not functioning. Despite trying multiple SD cards and checking the connections, the device fails to recognize or read any cards.

I already installed that driver previously, and it still doesn't work. From what I’ve seen, that driver is for Windows 11 22H2, and there isn't one for version 23H2. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks.

Please try a CLEAN install:

 

1.  Download the file (if not ready),

2. Use Device Manager to uninstall its driver,

3. Reboot machine,

4. Install downloaded file,

5. Reboot machine.

 

If no luck, wait for new driver from HP.

How can I find the driver in Device Manager? I’ve been searching for it, but I couldn't locate it. Thank you in advance for your help.
