Hello! My HP warranty was due to expire in late October, so to keep that from happening I extended my warranty. I received an email confirming my warranty extension and notifying me that it would be delivered soon. I chose Priority shipping, so it was supposed to arrive in 2-4 business days. It was due to arrive September 3, however I never received it and when I look at my tracking information it does not say it was ever delivered. (I know it is a bit late, but I forgot all about it!)

That is a software/policy change and a confirmation email is the way. Please go to warranty check OR open HPSA to see the change.
