Hi,

 

I was eligible for care pack rebate in July 2024 for a Spectre purchased in 2021. I have emailed every month since July 2024, including most recently today. Unfortunately, I have not heard back from the care pack rebate team. I feel cheated with the promise of risk-free rebate. I have not had any service requests on the product and should be getting the rebate but no response at all!

I'm seeing that this problem has been raised many times  on the community pages. I joined today in hopes of figuring it out since I'm also waiting for my refund. Apparently HP is known for not refunding customers who don't use the CarePack. I read in a different thread that a BBB complaint can work. I'm also reaching out to a Class-Action law firm on Monday to see if they'll take the case as I have a feeling this is an extremely wide-spread problem. 

Let me know if you were ever successful, and if so, what you did to finally get your money back.
