🛠️ How to Register Your HP Care Pack

1. Gather Required Information

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • Device Serial Number (found on the bottom of your laptop or in HP Support Assistant)
  • Product Number (also called SKU or P/N)
  • Proof of Purchase (receipt or invoice in PDF, JPEG, PNG, etc.)

2. Visit the HP Care Pack Registration Page

Go to the official site:

3. Fill Out the Registration Form

Enter the following details:

  • Your name, email, and contact information
  • Country and address
  • Device Serial Number and Product Number
  • Upload your proof of purchase
  • Select your place of purchase

4. Submit the Form

Once all fields are filled and your proof of purchase is uploaded, click Submit.

5. Confirmation

You’ll receive a confirmation email within 3–4 weeks. If your Care Pack doesn’t appear in HP’s systems immediately, this email serves as your activation proof.
