I had a screen flickering event which on advice from HP, I reset the laptop. Post reinstall, & application of all the drivers etc again, I cannot see Cellular as an option to access HP 4G LTE-A Pro Cat16 WWAN... I used to be able to search/ enable eSIM.
I have gone into device mgr, deleted & scanned, reinstalled drivers, numerous restarts. What am I missing?

Please perform a CLEAN install of its WWAN driver
1. Down load https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp157001-157500/sp157124.exe and save on your machine,
2. Unsinstall WWAN driver then reboot
3. Install the above driver (in 1) then reboot,
Hope this helps
Regards.

Thanks @Banhien, no change after following your steps.
More info: when I was reinstalling the drivers post reset, when the WWAN driver was installing I got a message to keep power on/ no restart or the like... 2 secs later blue screen.
