Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15-ds1083cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My Shift + A are the only keys that are un responsive only when I'm in a game (Roblox).  The shift + A doesn't only not work in Roblox, but also in any application I open, such as apps or downloads. It works in the google search bar and websites thats about it. I've tried troubleshooting, fixing the driver and looked at many YouTube videos. The shift + A is still unresponsive and wondering if its a virus on my computer. This problem started about a month ago and is still a problem today. The problem is not the game, I checked the controls and did a lot of research, no one having the same issue as I was having.  Its something wrong with the keyboard and I'm not sure what it is. Any recommendations I should do?
