My laptop language is set to English (UK) however all emails received from HP are in German language how do I change to English

It seems like the language preference for your HP account or communication settings might be set to German. 

 

Here's how you can change it to English:

 

Log in to Your HP Account:

 

Update Language Preferences:

  • Once logged in, navigate to the Account Settings or Profile section.
  • Look for a Language or Communication Preferences option.
  • Change the language to English (UK) and save the changes.

 

Check HP Instant Ink or Other Services:

  • If you're subscribed to HP Instant Ink or other services, ensure the language settings for those accounts are also updated.

 

Clear Browser Cache:

  • If the changes don't take effect immediately, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, then log in again to confirm the update.

I await a further e-mail from Hp  to see what language the e-mail is in
