Hello!
I'm confused about Omen Command center. I googled my issue but all the answers are 'go to command center and choose the option'.

I don't see many options in my command center, just 'speed up my pc' and my gaming time. Most of my keyboard is red and the WASD is white so I assume it is possible to change the color.

Not all OMEN come with keyboard lightning option..... And if you dont have that lightning option in your OMEN Command Center,, it seems like your product doesnt support keyboard lightning configuration....
