You can use the instructions in this thread to define a hotkey combination to launch that app: http://www.laptopmag.com/articles/create-keyboard-shortcuts-windows-10

Hello;

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

The answer to the first part of your question is in this thread: http://hubpages.com/technology/How-do-you-print-screen-mac

The answer to the second part is -- you don't.  You can't customize the PrtScr button.

Thanks.  I have a "print screen" program that I've been using for years.  How do I make it so that I can use that program to automatically print my screen?

Again thanks
