HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dog chewed through charger cable.  Now the new charger I bought causes the white light to blink 8/9 times.  The new charger is the exact same as the original.  The F2 diagnostic is not recognizing the new adapter and test failed.  A USB charger charges the battery, but the other port does not work anymore.  Any way to reset this?
