Why won't my charger fit? What else can I do other than try different chargers, before I call customer service? I also just purchased this and have only used it for less than a month when this happened. thanks

Hi,

Can you provide the exact model or product number of the PC for further help. Here is how to find it:

Model number

 

Is the tip of the chargerdamaged in any way, or the port?

Can you post a picture of the charger tip and the port where it plugs in?
