My "Pavilion 15 - au171tx" is charging for only one miunte when it is power on and connected to the charger. After one minute charging process is finished and the battery starts to drain out again. But, after shutting down it is charging properly until the battery power reaches to 100%. Laptop is just one month old.
Could you please explain me what this problem is?
Please give me a solution.
