Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Has HP entirely gotten rid of their chat support and remote access features? I've been having issues with how my laptop is running and having trouble installing a program and I've tried to clean things up to make it run better but had no luck. in the past ive always just had an HP tech take control of my laptop and do it for me but it seems this is no longer possible.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details)
