Im not having the option for chat with an agent yesterday i had it.Looks like i need to send my laptop for repair but i dont see the options.Please Help anyone.

Try during regular business hours-if you're in US that will be  9-5 PDT.

Are you using HP Support Assistant installed on the laptop? If not open it and look for Support tab at top of the window. Chat and phone should be offered there. Within business hours of course.

Yes.I am using it it just doesnt pop up messenger and phone pop up but chat not but yesterday i had the chat.Please help me man.

I am gonna try.But it will said just it is not avaible but it just doesnt pop up.My laptop is on warantry so it shouldnt be problems.What i need to do to wait?

Yes, wait until normal business hours. The Chat line isn't staffed 24 hours.
