Hi @rony_007123,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like the Google Play Store might not be enabled on your HP Chromebook. Here are some steps to help you enable it.

Steps to Enable Google Play Store on Chromebook:

Check Chromebook Version:

  • Make sure your Chromebook is running Chrome OS version 53 or later, as older versions do not support Android apps. You can check the version by:
    • Clicking on the clock in the lower-right corner.
    • Selecting the Settings gear icon.
    • Scrolling down and clicking About Chrome OS.
    • Checking for updates by clicking Check for updates.

Enable Google Play Store:

  • Open Settings.
  • Scroll down to the Google Play Store section.
  • If you see the Turn on button next to "Install apps and games from Google Play on your Chromebook", click it to enable the Play Store.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to set it up.

If You Don't See the Option:

  • Your Chromebook might not support Android apps. You can check this by searching for your model on the Chromebook support page.

Factory Reset (If Applicable):

  • If you've verified your Chromebook should support the Play Store, but it's still not showing up, try performing a Powerwash (factory reset).
    • Open Settings.
    • Scroll to the bottom and click Advanced.
    • Under the Reset settings section, select Powerwash > Restart.
    • Follow the instructions to reset the Chromebook.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
