The Chromebook keyboard shortcuts are stuck kind of like sticky keys and it will not let me use the keyboard. the only way I can type is by using the on screen keyboard. how do I shut off the shortcuts so I can use the keyboard regularly? my Chromebook is brand new I just opened it and turned it on

@littlebea I suggest using the Ctrl + Alt + / feature to understand the various shortcut keys available to use on a Chromebook, the same should help you navigate accordingly,
