Can I close my HP Spectre x360 convertible laptop and work on it with an external monitor, Bluetooth keyboard and mouse

I don't know what is your HP Spectre x360 but I believe it has 1 or 2  Thunderbolt™ 3 port(s). What is the wattage of its PSU ?

There are 2 Thunderbolt ports.  The PSU is 65 Watts
