Hello,
i'm running into mouse issues caused by the following problem:
Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)
The problem: not a working mouse, mousepad does work.
- I have reinstalled the drivers with no succes.
- I have tried different mouse with same issue.
- I have tried to use different usb's on my computer other than a mouse, which worked completely fine.
- I have checked for new drivers in hp support assistent and windows update with no succes.
- i have checked regedit with this youtube guide https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ha9y7NbM8xk&ab_channel=MDTechVideos
could not find a entry called ''upperfilters''
i have no clue what to look for now.
