Hi @Alaa0Essam

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

The "Access Denied" issue when trying to install or use the HP Command Center on your HP Spectre 15-eb0000 x360 Convertible Laptop could be caused by a permissions conflict, outdated software, or account-related issues.

Here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:

1. Update HP Command Center:

  • Ensure you're using the latest version of the HP Command Center. Visit the HP Support page for your laptop model and download the most recent version of the software.

2. Run as Administrator:

  • Right-click on the HP Command Center installer or shortcut and select Run as Administrator. This can resolve permission-related issues.

3. Check Windows Account Permissions:

  • Ensure you're logged into a Windows account with administrative privileges. If you're using a standard account, switch to an admin account and try again.

4. Reset HP Command Center:

  • If the issue persists, uninstall the HP Command Center:
    • Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & Features, locate HP Command Center, and uninstall it.
  • Restart your laptop and reinstall the software from the HP Support page.

5. Update Windows:

  • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and ensure your system is fully updated. Compatibility issues can sometimes cause access errors.

6. Check for Conflicting Software:

  • Disable or uninstall any third-party security software temporarily, as it might block the HP Command Center.

If this solution hits the spot, please come back and click "Accepted Solution" to help others find the answer. And if you'd like to say thanks, select "Yes" on the bottom left of the public post, as that would make our day! 😊

Take care, and have an amazing day!
