Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

I'm running Windows 10 in S mode.  The computer won't let me install the pc health check to see if I can upgrade to Windows 11.  I would like to keep safe mode if possible.  Microsoft says it's available in the home edition, which is what I'm running.

The error message states that the administrator has settings that won't allow the installation of the pc health check.

How can I fix this roadblock?  Thank you.

You don't need to install that program to see if your notebook can run W11.

Your notebook's AMD A9 A9-9425 does not meet Microsoft's minimum W11 hardware requirement of an AMD Ryzen 3xxx series mobile processor and is not on the list of Microsoft's W11 supported processors.

Thanks, Paul.

I've been a mechanical systes guy all my life, so computers are a stretch for me.

Guess I'll have to get a new one soon.
