Buenas, compre una laptop en USA, exactamente en Walmart. Ellos me indicaron cuando la compre que tengo un año de garantía, la batería a menos de medio año ya no aguanta la carga, se desconecta e inmediatamente se apaga, envíe la laptop a USA al Walmart que la compre y me dicen que la garantía debo verla directamente con HP que con ellos no, pero al estar acá en mi País Costa Rica, lo único que puedo hacer es solicitar ayuda a alguien con experiencia que me guie ya que directamente con HP mi laptop ya no tiene garantía pero según la fecha que la compre en Walmart aún tiene garantía.
