So, the computer I have right now doesn't allow me to download anything. The admin of the computer is someone else from HP after getting it fixed a few years back and I was never told the password to that account. So, every time I try to download anything, it pops up with the usual stuff, asking for the password to confirm changes to the computer accept, I don't know the password. I've contacted people before but no one seems to have a solution and it's really restricting what I can do with it. If someone has an answer to this, I'd really appreciate you telling me so I can try and get full access to my computer again.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Did you make any changes on the settings of your PC prior to the issue?
- When was the last time it worked fine?
- Have you tried with different browser such as Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge?
- Could you please share the picture of the password screen?
- What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824
- What is the operating system?
Keep me posted for further assistance.

Thank you for posting back.
The HP Cloud Recovery Tool allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive. You can use the downloaded recovery image file in order to install the Windows operating system.
