The DC in cable broke off inside my charger? Unsure how it happened but it did. Fast forward through a bunch of steps and buys. I ended up with 2 new chargers(1 isn't here yet) and 2 new DC in cables.
Neither cable is lighting up when I connect the charger. Then one had exact same numbers letters as my old one. Is there something I am missing?
When I plug in the charger the stuff inside gets very hot very fast, I immediately unplug. The computer will not turn on, nor will the light for the DC in cable turn on. I am at a loss. Side note, before plugging in the new charger, the computer did turn on!
