Sent computer for repair do to no power issue, computer would not turn on (charger was faulty). Repair team could not find the issue so they just wiped the computer clean to "improve lifespan". This was after the repair request specifically said not to as it contained important documents, college work and a years long worth of projects. This wipe was unnecessary and unwarranted, and has caused my self much harm. the computer could not be backed up due to power issue so that was out the question. Since the repair team could not reproduce the issue the computer being wiped does not make sense expecially when you realise that SSD's life span shortens when you delete data off them. I will Never by a HP product again because of this and all I want is a refund.
Sincerely an autistic student who is going to fail his course now

I did and all I got was a woman reading off a script who after 4 attempts did not understand what "wppied" meant she sarcastically said "what do you want me to do about it then. Hu", I mist iterate that it was in a very demeaning and rude tone
Note: the orignal post says bo instead of no this is a mistake because I am using a mobile to type right now
