Computer won't start (error code: 0xA5)

Hello everyone

My laptop (17-p128nf with Windows 11)  can't start and display:

Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart - ACPI_BIOS_ERROR (0xA5)

I have tried to solve the problem using various methods, but none are effective

At startup

Pressing Escape button

 -> F1 : BIOS version : F.15

-> F2 : Memory and hard disk tests : OK

-> F10 :System Configuration

Boot Options :

Legacy Support : Disabled

UEFI Boot Order

 USB Diskette on Key/USB Hard Disk

F 10 (Save and Exit) + F9

-> F9 :

- OS Boot Manager (UEFI) – Windows Boot Manager = No (Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart - ACPI_BIOS_ERROR (0xA5)

- Boot From EFI File = No

-> F10 :System Configuration

Boot Options :

Legacy Support : Enabled

Platform Key : Enrolled

Pending Action : None

Legacy Boot Order

USB Diskette on Key/USB Hard Disk

 F10 (Save and Exit) + F9

Operating System Boot Mode Change (021) -> 6078 + ENTER – to complete the change

Boot Manager – Boot Option Menu :

OS Boot Manager (UEFI)

Boot From EFI File

Notebook Hard Drive

USB Hard Drive – VerbatimSTORE N GO P (Win11_25H2_french-X64_V2)

• Enter :

No operating system detected. Disconnect drives that do not contain an operating system. Ctrl+Alt+Del to start =  Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart - ACPI_BIOS_ERROR (0xA5)

I don't find a way to resolve this issue

Hi:

In that model series, the ACPI BIOS error can be resolved by going into the BIOS>Security menu>find the TPM device and change the setting from Available to Hidden.

Save the setting and you should not get that error anymore.

That error occurs on every 17-pXXX model with an AMD processor and chipset.
