I’m having trouble with getting my screen to turn on the power is on n the caps button is blinking but the screen isn’t turning on and I’m also locked out of it before the screen stopped turning on

Thank you for posting in the HP Support Community.

 

These kind of issues are rare for this kind of PC you have. I have used Stream some time ago  (provided by HP for testing purposes) and I kind of miss it - it was really cute one.

 

The blinking/flashing is a sign of a hardware problem, unfortunately.

 

You need to read this article for these kind of issues >> https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01732674

and take a note how exactly it blinks. You need to identify the pattern and then check it in the article.

The pattern is the way the PC is tell you what is the problem with it.

 

Let me know how exactly and how often it blinks/flashes and I might be able to guide you.
