Hi, I've bought the Rechargeable MPP2.0Tilt Pen but I really don't know to connect it to the computer. I've treid with the Bluetooth, by pressing both of the pens's buttons but it doesn't work. i've tried going into the Windows Ink Area but it doesn't help. Does someone know how to connect it to the computer and make it work?

Hi @Alice166,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your MPP2.0 Tilt Pen!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Let's get your MPP2.0 Tilt Pen connected and working! 😊✍️

Check Compatibility: Not all laptops support the MPP (Microsoft Pen Protocol) 2.0 standard. Go to HP’s website and check if your device is compatible with MPP2.0 pens.

Charge the Pen: Use the provided USB-C cable to fully charge your pen. A blinking light indicates charging; a steady light means it’s fully charged.

Pair the Pen via Bluetooth (if applicable): Press and hold the top button (for about 5-7 seconds) until the LED blinks. Open Windows Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Add a device. Select Bluetooth and choose your pen from the list. Some MPP2.0 pens do not require Bluetooth and work automatically when touching the screen.

Enable Windows Ink & Pen Settings: Go to Windows Settings > Devices > Pen & Windows Ink. Ensure "Ignore touch input when using the pen" is enabled. Test the pen on a supported app like Microsoft Whiteboard, OneNote, or Paint 3D.

Update Drivers & Firmware: Open Device Manager > Human Interface Devices. Right-click the HID-compliant pen and select Update driver. Restart your laptop and test the pen again.

Let me know if this helps! 😊
