Got 8NN78AA#UUF ACTIVE pen with my HP Pavillion 360 convertible notebook  however not sure how to connect.

the pen had no button init ,is not found in bluetooth ,the double taps or holding the pointer on screen not have any recognition.

How do I connect this active pen to get recognized ? do I have to install any drivers ?

Pen is USI compatible with certain products.

 

Example - HP Store UK - provides a Compatibility List

Open Website > Technical Details > Scroll down to Compatible Products > Show all

 

Unless something has changed, this pen is not compatible with the Pavilion.

 

We can check whether there is a compatible stylus for your computer.

 

What is your computer exact model name / product number?

 

Finding your Product Name, Product Number, or Serial Number

Please do NOT post the serial number.
