I had to factory reset my laptop because the screen kept glitching. Not allowing the tool bar to pop up. In doing so, it to me back to setting up my computer all over again. Now my computer won’t connect to the internet. I have turned my router off and back on again. Still no connection. I did the BIOS default. Still won’t connect. I don’t know what else to do. Can anyone help me?

Hi @Monieluvs
If your wi-fi card is realtek, install the following driver
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp151501-152000/sp151667.exe

but there you have the Realtek audio, you are sure you have selected the laptop microphone and not the JBL headphones.
