I’m looking for a way to enable Conservation Mode (battery charge limit) on my HP Victus laptop. Since I use my laptop plugged in most of the time, keeping the battery at 100% isn’t ideal for long-term health.
I’d like to request HP to consider adding this feature through a BIOS update or HP software, like in some other HP models.
Meanwhile, if anyone knows a workaround (like third-party software or BIOS settings) to limit the charge, I’d really appreciate your help!

Many business class machines have this option but NOT consumer class machines like yours. Please use the following guides to keep battery healthy

It is unreasonable that HP includes battery conservation mode in business-class laptops, which typically handle low-powered tasks and already offer decent battery backup of 5-6 hours, while excluding this feature from gaming laptops where it is most needed.
Gaming laptops, like my HP Victus, have powerful processors that consume significantly more power, leading to faster battery drain. Since they are primarily used while plugged in, a battery conservation mode would be far more beneficial in preserving long-term battery health. Consumer gaming laptops, in particular, would greatly benefit from this feature, making its absence a disappointing oversight by HP.
Correct me if I am wrong.
