Constant low disk space

I have started experiencing constant notifications of low disk space. Even after freeing up space, for some reason my PC quickly fills up the allocated free space. I tried running Avira and after it cleared up space, it filled it up. Then I tried installing Malwarebytes, ran a scan, but it didn't resolve the problem neither. I did some research and discovered that OneDrive can fill up extra space, so I turned on Storage Sense, but the issue still remains. I am completely out of options and thinking about taking it to an authorized repair center. Any thoughts?

it only has 64GB or 32GB  of eMMC storage .

In addition, I have found the utility Cleanmgr+ to have LOTS of options for removing Windows junk, including log files. I use it practically every day. You can get it from here:
